Ketcha Courtes spurs collaborators for better performance in 2021

Housing and Urban Development Minister, Celestine Ketcha Courtes has galvanised her collabo-rators in order to increase their performance in 2021.
Chairing via video conference the annual conference of officials of the central and devolved ser-vices of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development last January 22, 2021 in Yaounde, the Minister instructed her collaborators to give in their very best for a remarkable performance in the 2030 National Development Strategy of Cameroon.
After brainstorming the whole day on the theme “the contribution of the urban sub-sector to the achievement of the objectives of the 2030 National Development Strategy, (NDS30)” partici-pants pledged to work extremely harder to enable the Minister realize the projects of the Head of State in the domains of housing and urban development in Cameroon.

Minister Celestine Ketcha Courtes also used the occasion to congratulate the North West and South West Regional Delegates of MINHDU for continuously rendering services with profes-sionalism, assiduity and responsibility to the population despite a difficult security environment.
While extending to her collaborators New Year Wishes from her and the Secretary of State in charge of Housing, Marie Rose Dibong, the Housing and Urban Development boss expressed the wish to see a professional fertile year for her staff.
She rejoiced that the brilliant holding of CHAN 2021 has enabled them to have the first visible field results of their collective efforts.
The Minister underlined that 2020 was a very difficult year due to the COVID-19 pandemic that changed their manner of work but not their will to attain objectives.
She said 2020 was a year of will that led to the acceleration of projects of CHAN 2020 and CAN 2022, the living conditions of the population, the completion of Low Cost Social Houses in the other regions except Bamenda and Buea due to the prolonged socio-political crisis etc.
